Fix Misspells and grammar and update information Soberxshadow162 (talk) 15:33, 19 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. Edit requests are for suggesting specific changes to the article; general comments about the state of the article should be done as an independent thread (besides, "Fix Misspells and grammar and update information" is what editors do all the time anyway). This is a piece of trivia that has been circulating around the internet for a while and Snoop Dogg himself has claimed it. Per Grunge: "it's unclear if their relation is through either the maternal or paternal side, but Snoop Dogg told MTV in 2006 that the singer was his first cousin." But there's no surname in common between their parents: Snoop's parents are Vernell Varnado and Beverly Tate, and Brandy's parents are Willie Norwood and Sonja Bates. Brandy herself also said they are cousins but admitted she doesn't know how/through who, and seemed to treat it more like a rumor she is amused by. (I can't link because YouTube is banned, but search "Brandy Says She Wouldn’t Date Ray J’s Homie Joe Budden..." on Power 106 Los Angeles and it's around 19:30.) That makes me wonder if this claim is apocryphal and they're metaphorical "cousins" rather than actually being related. --Shivertimbers433 (talk) 06:53, 11 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
On that topic, how many of the "cousins" listed under family are actually verified to be related to him and not just metaphorical cousins? Other than Sasha Banks. --Shivertimbers433 (talk) 22:22, 22 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
