It is not intended for every artist's article. It is possible (though the chances are very slim) that this could happen, but it is not a case of all-or-nothing. The template can be used where possible; for example: there is a general music template but that does not mean that it features on every single classical or world music article, such as Piano Concerto No. 4 by Rachmaninoff. The template can be used where possible. It is up to editors to decide whether or not it is appropriate translude it into the articles they edit. Today, I removed this template from many different articles. My reasoning behind removing the template is that it is a navigational template. If an article is not wikilinked on a template then the template does not need to be on the article page. Aspects (talk) 22:42, 14 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
