You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for a persistent abuse of process.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

On several occasions, you've attempted to use user-conduct noticeboards to sanction opponents by posting walls of text, refusing to drop the stick, forum-shopping, and retaliatory follow-up filings.

  • ANI thread against Citobun over content dispute, results in no action. ANI thread against Cullen328 for disagreeing with your assessment of the previous ANI thread, results in OP is warned against making personal attacks and strongly advised to stop wasting everybody's time. ArbCom case request against both aforementioned users and a slew of thread participants, results in no action.
  • ANI thread against Alsoriano97 for edit-warring, results in no action. ArbCom case request against Alsoriano97 and participants in the ANI thread, results in no action. AN3 thread months later that does actually land Alsoriano97 a weeklong block, followed by an SPI case attempting to connect them to an IP (results in no action).
  • ANI thread against AlanS, results in no action.
  • Ongoing AE thread against GWA88 for what essentially boils down to a spate of nothing-burgers ("Incorrectly marked content change as minor edit", for one).

Even when you have landed sanctions for users you've filed against, the overarching picture is still that your battleground mentality has sapped a large amount of community time and energy and seems to show no signs of abatement – despite the fact that it has previously landed you a commuted AE tempblock, a pblock that you argued was out of process and refused to course-correct for, and a GS topic ban.
